True SOLO que lobby

I dont play a lot of ranked or premade games and enjoy just play league of legends casually in normals but i oftenly play against teams that have the same club name or play extraordinarly in sink which makes the game feel less satisfying to play by myself. I think we need a true solo que lobby for people who want play new champs/roles, looking for casual gameplay, and to not be stressed out about performance by other players.
