@RiotBelugaWhale, any chance of revealing the current iteration of Vel'koz's Mage Update?

When Cassiopeia's tool tips were accidentally updated on the PBE a few weeks ago, the floodgates of discussion suddenly shot wide open as people began to debate a movespeed per level passive, a new anti mobility attribute, and just what kind of mage the update should groom her to be.

I feel that the other mages in the "big six" update list deserve the same kind of discussion and critique as Cassiopeia. Furthermore, this is an excellent chance to simply compare and contrast what both developers and community members feel is the best direction for these mages.

I am asking for Vel'koz specifically because I am incredibly biased as a Vel'koz main. In addition, it would also seem that out of the champions within the big six, Vel'koz is regarded as one of the more surprising choices, which has lead to a lot of discussion within the boards, and ultimately a lot of concern.
