[GAMEPLAY] zed's Ult (untargettable) vs nidalee bug?

think my pref attempt to post was bugged so lets try again :D

okay recently i was laning against a nidalee and i was Zed , team was losing, towards the end of the game nidalee landed her spear placing me in hunted , she used some abilities leaving me near dead, i ulted on her making myself untargettale to see if i could duke to safety.

but during mid Zed ult animation, her passive purple/pink cougar pounced on me and killed me, is this suppose to happen when your meant to be untargettable?

I play a lot of nid and I've seen this before . I'm clearly no expert and someone can explain better but it seems to be something to do with the ability being an auto attack and just the latency and ping discrepancies that the Q goes through similar to how Darius ult used to go through as long as the range was good. I've seen it through flashes, dashes, blinks. The targeted enemy dashes away and their body is clearly away from original location but the skill went through and they die mid animation.

Zed can still take damage during his ult from dot effects. If you were ignited or had a Death's Dance it's possible that you died to it's damage over time

I play a lot of zed and his ult is the most easiest ult that can be countered in his class. Easy to flash out of and then zed has to wait till it comes back. Also it is easy for a teammate to ks you while in it. Never asked about it just dealing with it. Riot might know
