ARAM Rerolls missing

Hey, so im using the new client and what happens a lot for me is when i join a lobby, and i dont like the champ i get so i use my re-roll, then after using the re-roll sometimes a player leaves the game and i go back into a queue but when i get into another lobby ive lost my re-roll.

so if i have 2 re-rolls, i use one, player leaves lobby, auto queued again, join lobby but only have 1 re-roll available, or worst if i choose to use both re-rolls then i have none left.

this doesnt happen on the old client you get your re-rolls back when you havent gotten into a game after using them.
