The item can be played on almost any ad champion and it's so stupidly hard to play around when it has such a low cooldown too so they can use it in every little fight and every time they want to assassinate someone. I think Riot should make the cooldown a bit higher, and lower the AD or the MR. What do you guys think?
You know it's too low of a cd when the ADs in LCS spam it off cd just to walk up to the wave.

before the buff no one bought it after the buff everyone buys it
it's banshee once again, where riot buffed the cd--->op--->nerf the cd---->garbage
those spellshield items are unbalanced everytime
