All I can see is for his ultimate honestly; however, I've found that he can be a decent counter-jungler - especially when it comes to raptors and krugs.

The bandage has a 8 second cooldown at a max level. So with that proposed change, consistently well placed tosses would basically make that a 3 second cd stun without cd reductions. That would be insanely broken even if it was still a 1 second stun.

The despair change is a bit more in the right direction, but Amumu is more valued as an actual tank, not so much as a magic bruiser like Gragas (who himself has a even lower winrate right now). Amumu needs to stay alive in teamfights, and encouraging him to build more AP may not be what he really needs.

No complaints about the ult buff though. I'd be fine with it.
