Vladamir Needs To Be Nerfed.

First of all, you could argue with me for a variety of reasons, But look at my side first. One point is his W. The pool. While he is untargetable, HE IS FREAKING SIPHONING HEALTH FROM THE ENEMIES AROUND HIM! It's worse than Fizz, who is just untargetable, Lissandra, Who can't move, and Elise, Who is just gone for a few seconds. I'll talk about this later. Then he has his Q, built in spell vamp. He can just freaking heal and go while dealing damage to you. Heal and pool. Hmmmmm. And his E gives healing, regen, and empowering to each subsequent E. It's too strong. And the cooldowns are low as well. With Vlad's E, its like Hecarim's Q in a way, but the damage difference in monstrous. He has potential through the point after lvl 2-3. He can just EQ you under tower, keep at it then Pool under and use a summoner spell for a kill. Too much if you ask me. The spell vamp, untargetability, and progressing damage and healing, is already OP enough, but with the ultimate it's just... When Vlad gets chased down he can just heal and go, or Heal and pool. OR just pool. And while he pools he can flash. I just don't like how strong he is. Say you have someone try to burst him. He just heals up in no time and you're dead. It's also annoying when people play against him is it not? I just wanted to get this out, because 1: I hate playing against him with his power, and 2 It felt good to. Thanks, post a comment below I you can

First, his pool costs 20% of his current hp. That is a huge amount at all times, and since he only heals if he's damaging you (and unless he had ~5 hp the heal will be shit) AND his pool is his only escape/engage, he cannot really utilize the heal or damage often.

Second, his E's regen increase is pathetic early game. His E costs quite a bit of his hp (30 base, with the cost increasing by 25% up to 100% cost increase) for some pretty pitiful early game damage (and at level 1 E, his hp increase % is a max of...16%.).

You know how to beat him? Dive him anytime he isn't at tower. After he pools and ghost/flashes, do the same thing in 5 seconds and kill him.

Please separate your comments into paragraphs. Currently it's just a wall of text and difficult to read.

Vlad can be somewhat difficult to play against if you don't know the matchup. Vlad is pretty weak early game because his Q is on a very long cooldown and he doesn't yet have spellvamp to support the health costs on his W and E. In addition, Vladimir is very much of a gradual grinder; he doesn't really have significant burst damage but he can deal a lot of damage over time. If you engage on Vladimir and all-in him, you should be able to kill him on most champions with some method of engaging because he can't match your burst damage. His early heal is weak and on a long cooldown, so abuse that.

In your last game against Vlad, I'd say your biggest issue was they you had no magic resistance purchased. You rushed a Blade of the Ruined King, but you aren't going to beat Vladimir in a sustain war. I'd recommend building Hexdrinker first on champions like Rek'sai as it makes it very difficult for him to actually finish you off and lowers his damage. As it was, Vlad was pretty much doing true damage to you. In addition, you died around 5 minutes into the game and let Vladimir get ahead of you, which allows him to push you in and harass you under tower, which is what he specializes in.

Though in all honestly, looking at your teams item builds (Nashor Nidalee, Statikk Shiv Hecarim), it's probably safe you say your team had bigger issues than Vladimir. Especially since every single on of your lanes and your jungler lost.

It may have been a rage thread, but I think that was unnecessarily rude.
