Am i the only one getting massive fps drops when fighting dragon?

Since the last couple of patches just after I attack the dragon and it knocks you back my fps drop massively until the dragon dies. Anybody else having this issue? I've tried repairing my client and this is still happening it's almost impossible for me to fight at drag.
