Teemo Poison Darts

Why can't we just make the poison on Teemo's autos be a toggled ability? Toggle on it does poison and cost mana; toggled off it doesn't. This will honestly make easier to lane against and will provide more counter play to his mindless mechanics

What if it was a Toggle, but it gave him the option of 2 different poisons

Toggle A would be his current damage Poison Toggle B would be ...
