Fill Queue

I've been playing League for just over a year now and really like it. Definitely has down sides. The main problem I see is afks. I don't blame this on things like my elo or rank, but it pisses me and I assume many others for sure. Why isn't there a queue that you can just fill afk positions. If someone were to go into this queue they would find a long list of empty spots and champions, along with team comp and time, items, gold etc. In this queue you could just pick game type and pop in to fill the afk spot. Of course people disconnect for reasons like crashes, lag, and powers outages, but why not monitor chat and see when someone says they will afk or have to leave, or even just after 10min+ they become an avaiable spot. This could solve the big problem for afks. Obviously it might be a little different for ranked like half points or something, but I honeslty would love to see this implimentedand would hopefully fix games without lightening the punishments for afks.

It wouldn't work for ranked, because then xpeke could literally xpeke for teams.

But for normals, I think it's a great idea, I've talked about it all the time with my friends. I'm sure a lot of people wished it was possible. In Dota 2 they allowed for others to join afk slots - one of the pro's that Dota 2 has over LoL.

Also, the pause-game feature is another pro that Dota 2 has over LoL

I talk about Dota 2's awesomeness enough that you'd think I'd go play that instead of LoL, but all of my friends play LoL and refuse to try Dota 2, so I just ended up only playing LoL.
