I feel that I lose my games whenever someone doesn't pick a meta champ (and the other team is all meta) or when one bot lane beats the other (badly; and this happens frequently). Moreover, I have gotten a lot of assists in riots moderation system for simply reporting bot lane for feeding although they have said nothing. Why is the meta so frustrating and why do we still not have 10 bans? Why does bot lane feel so bad? Why do fast bursty champions trump all other picks?

Does anyone else feel the same way or am I delusional?

I don't really like the state where League is in right now.

My personal complaints are:

Bot lane is way too snow-bally. If your bot lane gets ganked hard once, there's a good chance you'll lose your bot lane tower and put the ADC at a massive gold advantage from the turret first blood gold and kill gold.
The jungle changes really screwed up jungling for many of the AP junglers. The removal of the 15% AP from blue buff makes AP junglers much weaker with early ganks.
is excessively strong. Bruisers can build this item (and maybe 1 other damage item), go full build, and can often destroy squishies as quickly as an assassin can without the same punishment for bad plays. Some of the strongest champions over the last few months frequently used this item in their builds yet it hasn't gotten nerfed yet.
and are very strong support items too. They're almost a must-buy. The heal on redemption is ridiculously strong, and Locket is almost mandatory to negate the damage from ultimates such as .
Turrets are way too weak right now. Diving isn't as much of a threat as it used to be, and they melt way too quickly. Losing a team fight at 20-25 minutes can sometimes cost you 3+ towers.

All-in-all, the game feels way too snow-bally with little chance to make come-backs unless you select champions that can make come backs in the midgame due to the nature of their kits.

Bot lane is crappy because many people are being forced to play support and they suck at it. Instead of learning the role so they can become competent, they selfishly try and play a carry hoping they get to late game, bur rarely do...
