Elo Boosting is a big problem. it will be the death of League Of Legends

So a smurf is one thing. but these Elo Boosters are hell on earth. it makes it nearly improbable for our community to have a fair fight. and makes people tilt hard in lower elos. such a myself. These are things i cannot control and Riot even says its ok to take donations to boost accounts for people. Thats wrong. My original account was permanantly banned because of Elo Boosters and my Rage at how Riot does nothing about it. i mean its one thing when im against the booster. but another when you can do nothing about it and look around at your team who can do nothing but feed the bastard kills and Gold. its like putting pro players against Noobs who are still learning the ins and outs of LoL and it destroys the foundation of LOL which is to have fun. but when people can pay to get out of the Elo Boosted area it would make sense to pay money to get boosted so you can play against people that are not boosted. but if you do and once you are there you loose out on the journey that got you there and all the skills you would collect along the way. This Boosting is a tilt magnet. i cant even get into a Gold Elo without having to play against and beat Diamond players that que up together to make more money and more boosting as a group. what about the Solo Que?? you need to make an entirely different ranked ladder for solo que play. and you need to make it draft mode. but you also need to re institute the ranked teams but for draft mode like duos and higher. so people who are in a 2s and play with people who are in a 3s party. and ranked 5s also having an entirely differnt ranked placement. either that or punish the boosters. something needs to happen. because this is ridiculous. i can tell how good a player is in lane just by their movement on the map. and thier rotation/ ward placement. trying to fight a fair fight against a boosted account is like trying to light a fire with water. damn near impossible. some on this is a rant. but honestly something needs to happen or im gonna say fuk this and go play overwatch.
