all need rework of varying degrees.
just needs his Troll pole CD increased by 3 seconds a rank and he would be fine.
All the secondary assassins 
need varying degrees of rework as well.
I think big assassin reworks should be-
and : because they became more of tanks than assassins.
and : because they're kits are old and need updates, eve needs more focus on how to build her (ap/ad? tank, buiser, etc.)
and : little counter play and very bursty.
as for small changes I'd like to see and for different reasons
shaco's invis is alittle much and too safe, kass needs buffs if anything, and leblanc may need some counter play or atleast slower snowballing.
Just because they're not labeled 'assassins', doesn't mean they don't play like them.

Zed is not going to receive a major rework most likely small number changes. He doesnt need a rework. Most of the ones riot has slated for being reworked are the obvious ones.
Akali isn't going to get a major rework. They've stated that she's in line in the future for a massive overhaul, like Evelynn, so tinkering with her too heavily wouldn't make sense.
They are most likely touching every champion in the class, but what I would like to see are some adjustments to Yasuo. Perhaps some changes moving his power away from critical strikes and auto attacks to a mixture of both auto attacks and spells.
Assassin rework = Make assassins into bruisers.
Since they said that it would probably be less champions but bigger changes on the big projects (like a bigger 4) My votes go to
Rengar is hated by both the community and Riot, so there is no way he missed this list Fizz is just... Fizz. He is in no way fun to play against and can build tank. Talon and Kat are pretty much the same champion, only differences are gender and scaling. Both are assassins, both use blades, both are never seen in pro play, both are extremely old, etc
For small stuff (gonna give 5 slots out for this because it feels right)
Zed because nobody likes him and Riot needs to give him some kind of way to feel more interactive. (Maybe like destroying his shadows. that idea probably sucks but idk) LeBlanc could use a look because of how unfun she is to play against. Shaco because Riot has been teasing a rework for a while now. Eve and Akali both are on the list for reworks but they will probably get something here to hold them over for now like Swain
Major:
is more of a diver than assassin
could need minor changes as he is a pain in the ass of ads when he is fed, but has ways to get denied and doesn't need major changes.
Bring back 's silence effect for cut throat.
need a complete relaunch imo. their kits have never been balanced in the history of this game. either op 90% pick/ban top teir mid laners or trash. there was never an in between for those two.
its simply the problem of ranged mobile assassins taking 0 fucking risk with their assassination attempts. flash in, kill or dont kill from a distance doesnt matter, flash back out before the enemy can react.

I kind of like Noct where he is. I build him ad bruiser and he's pretty boss. Tho that's low elo.
