I'd suggest you read Ashe's passive.

The damage dealt by Ashe's autoattack scales with AD, crit chance and crit damage.

Ashe is one of the best late game ADCs in game.
exasctly ie is never a first item. here is the build i use. wih backs: bf sword, greaves, zeal,at this poitn either finish runaans or finish essence reaver, also u should take transcendance and ultimat hat.
