Why does Lyte have a job at Riot? Who's holding him accountable?
I just hopped online for the first time in a month and a half, and played three games.
All three games had at least one ragequit on my team.
Why isn't Lyte held accountable for any quantifiable performance improvements in the community?
Probably because of the fact tat you cannot control the behavior of another human being? Just a thought.

He is probably held accountable for that. In the regard that the community massively improved since him joining, and continous to improve. And also, Riot just launched a redo of the LeaverBuster system, which is way more aggressive in its handling of leavers.
Riot can only punish leavers...but with MILLIONS of players, every game you play for the next year could have a first time leaver in it. Basically you expect riot to do some minority report BS to make your experience better.
