everyone welcome back tank kassadin!

i dont main kass and play him every so often not much as others but as my assesment of the new one shall be totally bias to how i saw him before the nerf and after. well now that kassadin has the lowest range of leap in the game which his champ needs is mobility its the design while other dont need a super long range (hello ezreal, zed )with some of the most mana costing and hardly damaging spells its perfect to build him tank now! i see it this way you need a bunch of mana/cd to keep riftliterallywalking because its so short just build all the mana tank items and just do it that way. idk why they changed him from assassin to tank though thats kinda odd.
