when are the new servers or server fixes coming?

my ping is down to 70 from 80 before thats cool and all but the packet loss of clicks not registering and lag sometimes without frame drop or ping spikes have to conclude it is the server packet loss that even pros complain about. It is not my isp as i check it every day and have multiple secure ways to check how many internet is doing so i already know that isnt the issue. jus wondering when a fix will be in.
