I've figured out how to completely balance this game once and for all (in 7 steps).

On behalf of the majority of the community of league of legends, I have respectfully detailed the 7 steps required in order to balance all champions:

1. Move mouse to bottom left of screen
2. Start Menu
3. Control Panel
4. Uninstall Programs
5. Search for League of Legends
6. Uninstall League of Legends
7. Pat yourself on the back for a job well done.

Thank you, the 'gameplay' has gotten to such a point where I can't play a game where someone doesn't say 'ff 20' at 3 minutes. I can't play my role without someone banning my pick. I can't even play my role sometimes because I'm vetoed out of the roll by insta-lockers. I get people that say "lul I'm afk cuz ur not playing meta'. Bye league.
