Do energy champions get increased energy regeneration as they level? If no please let them mirror their mana based opposites(mana gets theirs through items, energy gets theirs through base value and leveling) Edit:Maybe energy champs should have 100 more energy @ max lvl?(being built up slowly as you level)

The only way for energy champions to increase their energy regen, or even maximum energy, is to buy the runes associated with energy and energy regen.
What you probably haven't noticed is that most energy champions already DO have their own "energy efficiency per level" mechanic, in the form of adding points into ability rank. For instance, Shen's E energy costs go down with every rank, as well as Akali's W+E.
Lee Sin is the only one that doesn't get reduced energy costs per ability ranking, but that's because his passive gives him insane energy refunding already.

Well my problem is in late game when mana champions can free spam with impunity while energy champs no longer have any advantage or meet at = terms, that allow them to do the same.
With someone like Zed, his energy costs reduce per lvl, I know on Q, maybe W? That's how they get that effect, from reducing energy costs and sometimes increasing energy restoration, as every energy champ as some way to restore outside of patience.

No1 has an arguement in response to my last rebuttal? I really think its unfair the game treats energy champions in the way it does.
different champions. energy champions are balanced around the fact that they are gated around said energy. Do you want them to become weaker just to have more access to their spells? you are also forgetting that energy champions regen their energy at incredible rates so unless you are constantly spamming their spells you shouldn't be running out of energy and if they catch you and you used all your spells then guess what? no amount of max energy or regen is going to save you (unless you are Shen). You are treating energy champions like they are mana champions... they are not. They rely on comboing their skills to much greater degree than most mana champions do and in doing so they are greatly rewarded. Learn why energy champions have energy as their resource and not mana before complaining about them

Unless you really spam them.. they're already pretty spammy.. you shouldn't run out... least not on kennen..
The entire point of Energy is that's it allows them to frequently use their abilities during laning phase (due to the high regen) but limits their usage in teamfights (due to low, fixed cap).
