Dominion change

1.Can minions killed by champs on your team be collectively earned(in a 2/3rd 1/3rd split) by every one. It seems ridiculous to have 1 person with 100-150 cs vs the majority of players who only have 1-30 cs. Can we have it so when you kill a minion you get 2/3rds of the money, and the other 1/3rd gets split to the other team members. 2.Or: Have a 100cs cap. 3.Or: Remove the majority of the creep wave for bot(and only on the southern most side) to have a duel focus; id love to see people constantly swap out of bottom to counter a champ that's dominating some1. And i hate that some people expect you to stay there.. THE..ENTIRE..GAME...afksadngl

Isnt the focus of dominion, not, to be farming, but to take advantage of creep waves only to help you cap towers, and to just roam and fight when u can?
