Adjust the damage or heal values or wherever else in his kit to compensate because right now it seems like the most underwhelming part about his kit and would synergize well with his passive and character as a whole thematically
Give him more CC than Leona, so everyone bans him and we never have to see him. I like it.
Its SUPPOSED to be the most underwhelming part of his kit. Just like Bard's is his W. The guy already has high mobility, an AoE Knockup Dash, 5 man Charm speed boost and shields out the ass, and an AoE heal.
I mean maybe not a charm but a slow on proc maybe
That would make him much more loaded than he already is.
