Because every time I play against a half decent Fiora it's the definition of Anit fun. Worse if you pick a champ that has to trade melee with her.
I mean I'm not the best of players but dang I would at least like to have some semblance of fun playing the game.

I really could care less about her power level, it's her gameplay pattern that's awful. Champs like Sion can be really strong but people won't care because he has counterplay
But when hyper mobile monkey masters like Fiora, Leblanc and Kalista are hopping around with a low win rate people still don't have fun, and most people hate their guts

I'm gonna be honest.
As much as I hate playing against new Fiora, she's at least not a blatant "can you survive all my frontloaded burst" stat check the way old Fiora was.
I always have a fun time playing against her. And with the new W nerf, I'm feel like its actually more fair for the enemy than it used to be. 24 seconds is a long time to wait for a block, just bait it out and then go all in afterwards and you'll be fine m8.

The only time I have fun playing vs Fiora is when I am Cho'gath. Otherwise I will ban it every single game. As someone who mains the tank style, I can not afford to lane against a Fiora in most cases, else I am just wasting my time. Health% true damage should only exist on Vayne.
Only when I'm playing one of her counters like Malphite and I stomp her to the ground OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!!
Worst moment I've ever had in league was fighting her as a Sion though. The horror .... The horror ...
for some reason i haven seen a fiora for awhile, maybe cuz i am in low elo.
I actually enjoy laning against her personally & I play 
into her and understand how she works from playing her a bit, so I rarely struggle in lane against her. Sure a fed tanky/brusier fiora gets a bit annoying to deal with but that was your teams fault for feeding her.
Personally fiora is one of my favorite matchups when playing Riven. I feel it is extremely fun and snowbally on both sides, even though the Riven player needs more knowledge on how to play this matchup it is still fun, well for me at least. On the sad side thogh i don't play riven nearly as much as i used to as i've switched to playing more meta picks because Riven just isn't what she used to be atm.
