League Cool Down App

So i have been playing league for about 2-3 years now. I mainly play mid and understand my match ups pretty well, but when i go to other roles, i am pretty much clueless. I don't know when i can trade or how long the CD is on other champs. So I started to look up the CDs for the opponents CD since I can punish them when it is on CD. Like when Vlads pool is down. Too my knowledge, there wasn't any good source of readily available CD information (except for wiki) so i decided to make it on my own! I am not super good at coding but everything should work out! Now i am hoping to get some feedback from you guys so i can keep improving this app! And of course its FREE! lets get better at this game!

Apps like these are against Riot's rules and may lead to a permaban.

How do these lead to permaban? These information are made available by riot to everyone. The difference is if someone memorized it or not.

Uh yeah except most people don't have the capability to just memorize it during an active game, and thus this gives you an easy way to remember and thus an unfair advantage.

They can just go riot page or wiki before the game starts? Giving players easy way to remember is not an unfair advantage. If you are using this argument of unfair advantage by remembering CD. How do you explain other sites as lolskills where you can find out other players runes & masteries? Do you know that these are all available information in the league API?

Okay, I should have clarified. This isn't my personal opinion. It's Riot's take on programs like this after multiple people have asked before in the past. I just wanted to inform you, so you could avoid the risk of a potential ban.

Well thanks for your information. If you can find a reference to this, that would be great as i didnt find any source for your information.

Official Rioters have stated it before in other threads like these somewhere, but the most recent I can remember is from some post several months ago, and finding it would be a pain.
