Lethal Tempo Tooltip doesn't show how much AS it gives

Why? The tooltip just reads 40%-110% attack speed, even in game. I don't see any reason why it cant just show you how much it gives at whatever level you are if you put the scaling in parenthesis and it's really annoying to not know how helpful the rune actually is.

Please just have the current bonus be shown like Comet/Electrocute. [sg-janna]
