RIOT PLEASE READ (about ANNIE)

I love playing Annie and the origin story made it even better BUT in the origin story you make her out as a child with tons of built up anger and uncontrollable power but in game it feels like she is very controlled and I think that should change. I think you need to change her W and E just to make her fit her lore and origin
