when is riot making another champion?

usually we see a brand new champion every 2-3 months , but the last champion to be released was pyke and that was back in MAY. i know riot has been revamping champions whos kit doesn't fit their meta. but does anyone know of any leaks or rumors of a possible new champion release anytime soon? i do have PBE access and i haven't seen anything new from that lately.

If you check home screen of the client after login, it should say that the new champion is revealed on 11/19. (So in about 20 hours, 31 minutes as of now, you should start looking there. However it will be closer to 22 hours im sure.)
