Too many bots in bot matches

The title may confuse you, please read a little more.

I've been messing around with new builds in bot games I noticed that 2-3 players in each are IP farming bots (typically the run around in the jg now taking one camp then backing, presumably so they don't feed laners and contribute to losing thus earning a report for feeding). While this doesn't necessarily impact winning much with players who know what they're doing I feel it is an important issue for Riot to try to address.

There are some players who probably only play bot games and thus this would severely hurt their game experiences. Additionally, it makes it hard to use bot games to try different things since you must change your play to accommodate for 2-3 junglers that don't help throughout the game. I report every account in the bot game that behaves as a jungling IP bot does.

For those who aren't aware of their typical behavior they:

1. Jungle one camp at a time before backing
2. Never leave the jungle
3. Stand still at the beginning of the game until a little after minions spawn
4. Spam ping irrelevant objects (towers, you, themselves, etc.)
5. Never have a keystone mastery

This post is mostly to inform players so they don't rage unnecessarily at robots, allow players to more accurately identify and report IP farming bots (if it gets banned it can't be sold), and maybe bring it to the attention of Riot so they can try to find a solution.
