im convinced riot wants me to have fun with this game to the point where i keep playing, but they do just enough to not let me get promoted

Your mmr will probably be pretty good that when you win you will get 24-35 something around that.

all mental, you probably get anxiety or some mental block when you are in promos, i use to be the same way until i just played and didnt look at my lp. went from gold 3 to diamond 5 without failing a promo.

it could be that, but it seems that when im in my promos people are so much worse then when im not, maybe i get matched with bad people or maybe i focus on it more,

i do think you get a tiny bit worse teammates but the skill level's are all so close and so bad it doesnt matter its like a .01% difference
