Season 8 Constant lanes feeding and all about Jungler?

I don't post on here at alll but it's come to my attention that I need to. So it's been around 2 months in season 8 and I don't know what to say except that It's almost impossible to win if my jungle feeds or plays terribly. I've had terrible promos, their jungler coming bot 5 times because ours is soo far behind and then ending up in games where every other lane feeds. Yah you're probably thinking, "ohh its just one of these bronze players blaming teammate for his terrible plays." But NO. I was able to reach Plat 3 last season and it was actually a good season overall. But this season has been impossible to carry with top, mid and jungle feeding like crazy. I really dont' know if I'm just really unlucky or I have to literally, as an adc, roam around more. Games after games, just constant loosing even when I try everything while I'm carrying.

What can I do at this point??
