Update: I jsut looked, and guess waht? They gave rengar a whole fraction of a second faster E! Meanwhile, Ekko was too weak, so we gave him a reduced cooldown on his q...

What Rengar needs, here are your choices: a) full, Poppy-level relaunch b) total gutting, until he is as common as jungle Karthus

Rengar is hard enough. If you wanna nerf him, then take away form his E adn W, not his Q. Q is his defining move, and ruiing its power by A WHOEL TWENTY PERCENT is ridiculous, especially combines with the E changes, which actually made it HARDER to use.

akali was in a weak spot, she was barely being played and the only kinds of akali i've seen getting success are top lane rush sunfirecape and farm for damage items akali. rengar was gutted in the past updated so they made a few changes to his e to make it be better to combo with him i main ekko and i dont see why he got that cdr reduced but you're maxing q anyways so it only matters early game

It doesn't mean you're weak jsut because no one plays you... Case in point: Yorick.
