In casual games, playing as Kalista's teammate makes me feel like Tibbers.
Is there a way to remove Kalista from casual (ie: match me with other players) games? The problem is that when you play support for Kalista, you are more like an appendage than an actual, independently thinking player.
Kalista's ult removes your control of your own hero while you're being pulled to her, and then you have to do her attack before you start acting as your own hero again. (And since there's no effective way for Kalista to warn you ahead of time, you're likely to screw the thing up by clicking as part of your own gameplay right after you get pulled). Also, Kalista's passive "attack what I attack" nonsense means that you're sort of following someone else's attacking instructions the whole time.
Granted my experience was extra non-fun because my Kalista player was selfish and grumpy, but I think that's part of the point: in a high-end game where you're with teammates you trust, especially if you're on voice chat, Kalista may provide some combo strategies to people who are coordinating well together. If you're playing a more casual game with people you don't know, it's extremely un-fun to have your ability to act independently taken away.
