Irelia imobilize herself and an enemy in a close range for up to 2 seconds, reactiving the ability will release both of them, during that period deal damage to the enemy based on your bonus attack damage and the period the skill was active, as percentage of max hp. (ex like 10% max hp per 100 bonus AD) and mark the enemy. Range would be almost her melee range, maybe with 50-100 radius higher.
