I thought of a way to reduce toxicity in the community!
Require everyone to input their phone number and verify the account through text message.
What this will do is allow Riot to ban people based on that phone number after so many perm bans so they wont be able to make another account as easily. This will also be a good security measure to keep accounts from being logged in on other devices.

Most people have phones these days. If it is a child then they will have to use their parents phone which they will have to get permission to use.
That is why you would have to verify through text message. You can't verify it with a fake/temporary number.
It is not a perfect solution but it is better than what we currently have.

PureGold6692 votesIt is a bad idea, this system will be easily bypassed by people who have multiple phones in the house, and you are just assuming that everybody who plays League of Legends has a phone, but this is untrue and multiple players including myself do not have a phone.
