I've recently picked up poppy and I really like her, I seem to drop off in the mid to late game, not damage wise but I'm losing objectives and team fights. If anyone plays poppy and knows the best mid to late game strat, hook me up
I could use some help in this area as well. Seems to get harder to win the longer the game goes 
Well if you're losing teamfights and objectives then you need to be the shot caller. ult the tank focus out the weaklings. I may not be ranked or anything but I have noticed 1 thing watching LCS and pro streams. K/D doesn't really matter. If your team is not getting Tier 2 turret after 15 minutes, then you need to be the shot caller and say "Guys we need turrets, we need baron, we need dragon" I mean as the top laner I feel your secondary job is to ward Baron and make sure it stays warded.
you peel. protect ad carry or apc. if they don't do enough damage well. you better have trinity force. and steraks.
honestly i'd go tf steraks and then go full tank.
