Practice Mode (Suggestion)

Ok, this is something I've wanted for a little while. Basically, my suggestion is to be able to have a Practice Mode, in the custom game menu. Practice Mode can be single player, or you can practice with (or against) friends and possibly bots. It would have unlimited gold, and give you the ability to choose what level you want to be, at any time. Cooldowns for any ability (including summoner spells) would reset when you recall to base. No IP/XP will be earned, no matter how many players are on each team. This game mode gives players a chance to try out new builds, without disappointing other players by trying out a new (and possibly bad) build, and losing the game. Please leave your feedback if you can! I'd really love to see this implemented.

Make a custom game and do that...though you won't have unlimited gold

You see, I want cooldowns to reset as well. I do try custom games but the problem is that I don't have that many friends online most of the time, and practically none want to sit through a boring game, basically waiting for gold to generate without attacking too much, and possibly winning on accident (minions ftw).
