'Balance'

You know Riot is talking about 'Balance' but I'm pretty sure that a champion who can press W and gain Attack speed and Lifesteal (Cough, OLAF). It's also not 'Balance' if he can press his R and becomes pretty much invincible. The only way you can stop him is to kill him and it's nearly impossible when you give him Attack speed up to 2.0 and Tons of lifesteal. He's also a secondary Tank, so what you're saying is 'Hmmm Let's just make a champion who can just press two buttons and get a pentakill'. Like Olaf is more Unbalanced than when Illaoi first came out and it's so much bullshit that you cant even win against an olaf he gets first blood. I think that Olaf needs A LOT of nerfs for him to actually be a champion. Like you just give some champions that aren't even that over powered tons of nerfs, but then you just skip over Olaf and act like he's balanced AF. Honestly I played against an Olaf, he sat there and got first blood and the only way we could kill him was with three people attacking him all at once. I think he is a really Unbalanced champion and needs to be nerfed badly.
