Want to fix Tristanna? It's easy as hell.
Remove rocket jump reset. she is fixed 100%, can still compete with other adcs, doesn't get infinite get out of jail free cards.

Lucian is a better overall ADC than Tristana, yet, he does not get banned nearly as often.
^ i ban lucian everytime im the captain. he dominates too much. and he is the go to ADC for every low elo, so banning him means enemy adc is less impactful.
She's already been nerfed enough, base attack speed change hits her really hard.
I'm willing to give up the reset if she gets all of her other nerfs in the last few patches reverted, though.
tristana is balanced now. okay so she hits a little hard late game. but lately i havent lost to tristanas lately, so i think she is fine where she at the moment.
Tristana is already balanced after the nerfs.
She is already plenty weak, people are just picking her still because if she ever showed up in worlds she must be good (fyi, they played on patch 4.14, before all of her nerfs actually came in).
