Add one item, remove another. Why do you do this Rito?

I am so sick of this. Who else does this? adding to your game through subtraction? this isn't a pro magus thread at all. that is just the latest in a long line. Can anybody explain Riot's "logic" with never adding new items into the shop? the last new items I can think of are the jungle items with the enchantments (which, bang up job Riot, you could not have made jungling more frustrating and complex to new players) and now one of the enchantments disappears without a reason? why should there only be 1 ap enchant for jungle? please explain
