Bard is 100% broken...im seein him adc, jung, top u name it his dmg is insane n even low health he will just kite u n never die til someone else comes n picks u off...dont get me wrong bein outplayed is one thing n if thats the case i say well played this isnt a i got outplayed qq its a call to fix this broken ass champ, a 10-1 bard!? Thats a red flag if u ask me...

I don't think he is op and he is also sitting on a 49 percent winrate so i think statistics are on my side here.
SnakDatSmilesBak2 votesBard is really easily countered in the current meta. Brand and blitz are both really hard lanes. Soraka also does really well into him. He's a hard champ to play well. Maybe these things are factoring into his winrate.
I think it's too easy to roam on him right now. Right now, his level one is good enough to hit level 2 first most of the time. After that, right before bard hits level 3 he can go roam and pick up 2 chimes from river and be back, level 3 while the enemy adc support are level 2. Either his level 1 needs to be hit a little so it's harder for him to push or his chimes shouldn't give him level ups.
