Instalocking is not a reportable offense

I kno from the title a lot of you will already disagree but the instalocker isnt the one who trolls, people always get offended by it then they do the trolling but its all the instalockers fault in their mind...so ur whole team reports the instalocker not the troll when if ur gonna get that upset go play draft pick...where roles are pre determined u kno what its made for...blind pick is to test champs n builds not to be taken 100% try hard...its to test for ranked...this community is so backwards when it comes to “trolls”
