Well. right now i'm a plat 2 and im 100 % that im AT LIST d4 , 5 if not even 3 i just didnt play alot in s6 and now i want to start climbing. but i'm really upset when i rage on my team when they have NO CLUE when to take objectives when to dive to know when we can take kills for free. but more importent. it hurts me. like when i'm sure we can kill the bot lane i ping my supp and we lose cuz he didnt knew what my plan actually was so what do I need to do. play in their way and carry tf or wait until they make the first action. and cs is not the problem i get the same cs as the min more or less. i just want to know how to handle those things cuz they tilt me and i'm starting to lose because of rage ( i'm working on the rage part its doesnt happen so often ) making poor decisions out of the tilt forget objectives over extend when I KNOW i'm going to die.

Ik for a fact if I kept playing I think I could go higher than d3. It's just so stressful and I continue to remember s4 where I played so damn much and was ALWAYS so angry and stressed. Had like 1k ranked games across all accounts s4. Now I barely get 300 because I just have a certain Elo on my accounts and once I hit that I start on others

There is no fact till you do it. It's just speculation. They need to bring SQ back though.

Best thing you can do is have a clear line of communication.

Aiming for mid diamond, I am assuming your game knowledge is up to par? If you know your bot lane matchups/synergies as well as your overall team comp and win conditions, as soon as you spawn on that platform you can start directing your team to victory (or at least your support). Say things like "play safe till 6", "hard engage at 3", so they know how you want to play. They aren't mind readers and sometimes the meanings of pings get muddled.

It may also help to play a few games as a support, to kind of get in that mind frame. It will make it easier for you as an ADC to predict their movements and be able to adjust your own play style to fit around them. In botlane, more often than not the support is the playmaker with their CC and utility and the ADC is just for damage.

Rage control is a pretty big thing when it comes to climbing ranked, and having strategies that effectively lessen the impact of rage on your game is crucial. My suggestion is to take a break after each stressful game and do something else for 5-10 mins.

Your CS does seem pretty good, although you could still work on getting the consistency up. In cases where you need to play passive af due to potato supports, this can really give you the edge. Run through some of Elyndar's exercises as warm ups before your ranked games, or even just as a cool-down tactic when you are tilted.

Good luck ♥
