AFKs/Disconnects

Ranked mode needs some fixing i'm sick and tired of playing and someone leaves in the middle of the game resulting in a loss. This has happened at least once every 5 games, sometimes even every game it is freaking irritating beyond belief and makes me want to quit the game entirely. League of Legends still has the worst community in gaming history... IF ANYONE SILVER 2+ and Higher would like to duo please add me my IGN is Destruktore, i'm a very well rounded player looking to reach Gold.
