Japan Servers and where I stand with the lottery selection.

Currently I am active duty military living in Japan, and I enjoy playing League but recently I got an email from the closed beta League of Legends email entailing that it will now be a lottery to be chosen to be able to play for it. I think its bull crap, because I know a lot of idiots who cant handle this ping problem of a measly 10-20 ping spike from the west coast servers being moved to Chicago are all trying to play on this Japan server to see if their ping will get any better. I have to play with 210 ping daily on NA playing from Japan, and I still have good stats numbers, but the second you're ping goes from 60 to 110 its a damn outrage. Buy some fiber Internet cause I know its out there around California and a lot of the west coast, and quit using WiFi to play league of legends, and use a damn Ethernet with a Cat-6 plugin.
