Similar to how 4/5 is required for a surrender please make it so 4/5 is required for a guaranteed pick of a champ in one for all, if it's 3/2 make it a 60/40% chance....
Just remove "Majority" and make it a true lottery.
If 4 people pick a champ, and 1 doesn't pick that, then it should be 80/20 not 100/0
Without premades maybe, definitely not in 4 man premades. That would be unfair to solo players.
3 people just nominated morgana in the OFA champ select, another guy lux and me just happened to click Sion before the time expired. Let's just say that those 3 AP Sion's in my team where actually pretty good..........

I'd say just completely remove the "majority". If one person doesn't want to play the champ that the other 4 people picked he should have his 20% chance of getting his champion.
