[Gameplay] TFT Void doing non-true dmg bug

On Kha'zix he did his ability while Shen had evasion up, which dodges attacks but not abilities, no rapid-fire cannon up, the ability still landed but it did magic damage instead of true damage.

before that I saw it do magic damage instead of true damage one time before in the same match but I'm not sure if it was also against a Shen with evasion skill up...

I observed him doing true damage properly the rest of the match.
