Ornn's now one of the worst top laners... Perhaps it is time to buff him the right way? Level 7 Ornn

As the title says...

Ornn is currently sitting at an trash 45%-46% win rate: http://na.op.gg/champion/ornn/statistics/top http://champion.gg/champion/Ornn/Top

As a level 7 Ornn, it's sad to see that he is back in the gutters like when he was released. Ornn is badly in need of some compensation to be made viable again so that he is not an auto loss if chosen.

W: Bellows Breath

Cooldown decreased from 17/15/13/11/9 to 14/12/10/8/6

Mana costs decreased from 45/50/55/60/65 to 40 all ranks

Patch 8.2 reverted

you are reverting patch 8.2 which is the patch that took ornn from unstoppable top lane powerhouse and finally kicked him in the gut. AND you are giving him buffs.

No. If you want to give him just those 2 flat buffs fine. But he doesnt need the 8.2 revert on top of that.

Reverting the unstoppable part; the ultimate nerf will remain unreverted.

Unfortunately these things take time. Some people want a quick fix, and on occasion that's fine, but most of the time it's better to let changes sit for a while to see how they play out. It takes time for the people who play a champion to all adapt to a change, and then more time for the people playing against them to adapt, and then for the people who play the champion to adapt to the adaptation, and so on. It all eventually calms down, and that's the state the balance team cares about. Make changes too quickly and you can jump the gun on it, and make matters even worse than they were originally.

He definitely appears to be in a bad position right now. His winrate is bellow 50% the whole match and slowly drops with every patch.

But even though it was sad, the W change seemed justified.

Sadly I think his problems have to be mostly removed by playing around them, because they are so connected to his kit: His Ganks require a lot of set up and if you are a toplaner that goes around a lot because he has valuable cc you immediately get pushed in. (and Yasuo removes his ult) However buffing him can't be that simple because he is already a pretty strong character. It is just that often other factors in a game often turn out far more important.

: The change to the duration of brittle annoyed me though
