Blind Pick Counter pick Bug/Glitch?

Alright,

I just want to state that i have now nearly confirmed some fishy behavior either by the league of legends game its self or players of the sort.

Each and every time i choose a champion right away after calling my lane. I am then counter 9/10 of the times! BUT! If i keep changing my champ till the very last moment its always a decent match up or at least not the same meta counter.

I have done this is quite a few champions

Ex 1: Syndra mid vs Yas 95% of the time OR any other close range high speed assassin Ex 2: Illaoi Mid, never will i match up with Yas or Zed or any close range. Its always a super far range, Ex HemiE Ex 3: Malzhar, will be fighting champs like Fiz or tanks every time

Now what im stating is, either the game is broke in a way that it some how matchs you, Makes no sense but rematches you some how to counter pick people who choose fast... Or people have cheat programs to see what champs you have

I've been testing this for a few months now and its no bs, Something is off and odd
