Plays.Tv only records in Customs? Issue

So i have been trying to record highlights and rewatch mistakes and things ive done good in matches but the recorder will not record my matches.

The only time it works is when i am in a custom match.

I tried setting it to Auto and manual, Both will not work but both work in Customs?

Whats the deal any ideas?
