@Riot Do you think it's possible to let us disenchant runes?
Having tier 1 and tier 2 runes just sitting there is pointless. I'd take 1 cosmetic essence over wasted space any day.
Is it possible to implement this in the new client?

I don't know if they'll have any feature for getting rid of these in the future, but for now if you want to get rid of excess Runes you can submit a Support Ticket and request they be removed.
There used to be a system where you could combine 5 to make a random higher tier rune, but they removed that.
i'd keep tier 1 runes just cuz it's no longer available tho
