So why is there no PROJECT: Yasuo icon?
I understand why PROJECT: Yasuo won't have the liited edition border, but why isn't there a summoner icon for him?

He's not a part of this release, so the icons aren't specific to the Project line, but specific to this release. Riot didn't say they wouldn't do one in the future, but realistically why would they go back and do one?

This would be unfair to players purchasing First Strike skins for 1350 RP at launch.
When Yasuo was first released, he was on sale for 975 RP, and a lot of players take advantage of the sale price. It'd be unfair that Yasuo players get a loading screen for 975 RP, when loading screens for the new PROJECT skins can only be obtained by paying full price.
Also
We realize that newer players may not have had as many opportunities to collect skins/content (i.e. Judgment Kayle), We felt this was a good opportunity for both new and old players to engage with limited edition content.
